Abstract

This document gives guidelines on sharing of product quality assurance related traceability information in E-commerce supply chains. It provides general principles, roles and responsibilities for involved parties, critical tracking events, key data elements, implementation of sharing and recommendations for data quality and safety. This guide is independent of type of product, mode of transport and specific parties involved.
