Specifies the hierarchical structure of the naming-domain within which this registration occurs. Provides guidelines for the establishment and operation of International OSI Registration Authorities. Provides guidelines for additional Recommendations/International Standards which choose to reference the procedures in this Recommendation/International Standard.
